This is a light and spongy cake that is very moist due to the drizzle. It is primarily a lemon cake but includes rosemary to create a subtle floral note.

This cake serves 5-6 people and is perfect for a summer afternoon tea. Your guests will adore it! Not to mention how simple it is to make!

Forget slaving away in the kitchen for hours. This summer make easy recipes for your guests so you can sit and enjoy your time socialising; especially after the year we’ve all had!

My focaccia recipe contains a blend of different gluten free flours along with the essential xanthan gum to create a bread that is full of big bubbles and has a chew reminiscent of a regular focaccia.

My secret is a dough that is more like a batter, this allows the yeast to form big bubbles and air pockets like a regular focaccia.

This is so yummy and will not dissapoint anyone, even those not following gluten free diet!

Chilli con carne is a great recipe to have on hand for many occasions, particularly occasions such as garden parties where there may be lots of guests as it can be made in large batches. This is an easy recipe to double, triple, etc, and can be prepared in advance and kept warm in the oven until serving.

Another great thing about this recipe is that it can easily be made vegetarian! You can either double the amount of beans or replace the beef mince with a meat free mince. I have made this recipe both of these ways and it still tastes absolutely delicious!

This simple summer salad is the perfect side dish for any dinner party or BBQ. This is best served in the months of May through till September when tomatoes are in season.

Caprese salad is a classic Italian dish you will find on any menu. It is so simple and delicious, you should make it at home in tomato season with fresh beautiful tomatoes. The combination of tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, olive oil and balsamic vinegar is so summery and refreshing and is perfect as a side at a BBQ, a starter for a dinner party of simply as a quick lunch you can whip up in 5 minutes!

Love Gluten Free

Hey! I’m Caroline, I love baking and cooking and finding new ingredients to create better gluten free alternatives. In 2015 I found out I had coeliac and since then it has been my mission to find great ways to make gluten free food better.
